Privacy policy

What we collect
- Email address — provided by Google sign-in. Required; it is your account identifier.
- Display name — chosen by you. We deliberately do not ask for your legal name.
- ZIP code — optional, used only in aggregate to understand our community.
- Phone number — optional, used only for SMS alerts you explicitly consented to (see below). If you enter a phone number but do not check the consent box, the number is discarded and never stored.
- Preferences and activity timestamps — your notification settings, hypothetical starting balance, join date, and last-active time (used for the deletion policy below).
We do not collect legal names, ages, Social Security numbers, street addresses, brokerage credentials, or payment information — the platform has none of those concepts.
SMS consent (TCPA)
SMS notifications are sent only if you provided a phone number andchecked the separate, unchecked-by-default consent box: “I agree to receive SMS notifications about model activity from Draivik. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” We record the timestamp of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, removing your number in Settings, or deleting your account.
Automatic deletion of inactive accounts
If you do not sign in for 30 days, your account and all associated personal data — email, phone number, ZIP code, preferences — are permanently deleted by an automated daily job. Around day 25 of inactivity we send a single reminder email. Any authenticated visit resets the clock. Deletion is real and irreversible; we keep no personal-data backups past this window.
Deleting your account yourself
Settings → Delete account removes your record immediately and permanently, with one confirmation step and no retention period.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
- We do not connect to, or store credentials for, any brokerage or exchange.
Service providers
We use infrastructure providers to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, and — only with your consent — SMS delivery). They process data solely on our instructions.
Public content
The model journal is public and contains no user data. Your mirror dashboard is private to your signed-in session and is not indexable.
